Description

You will own and articulate the AI product vision, drive prioritization and execution of AI features, and collaborate deeply with AI researchers, engineers, and go-to-market teams. Your goal is to ship high-impact AI-driven solutions that address real customer needs and advance Make's low-code platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years product management experience, ideally with AI/ML products
• 3-5 years in customer-facing technical role
• Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
• Hands-on ability to prototype and light code
• Bachelor's in CS, information systems, business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize customer and market opportunities for AI capabilities aligned with product vision
• Collaborate with customers to bring innovative AI-driven solutions to market
• Drive rapid ideation, prototyping, and launch of new AI product features
• Engage continuously with users, partners, and engineers to understand needs and deliver AI solutions
• Represent customer voice and advocate for AI solutions in daily scrums and development ceremonies
