You'll act as the technical partner for existing customers, driving long-term success with our AI operating system. You'll identify expansion opportunities and create high-value use cases that make Dust indispensable. This role offers the chance to build a global Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep expertise in Dust's product and prompt engineering
• Lead advanced implementation projects and custom workflows
• Conduct training and workshop sessions for stakeholders
• Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and retention

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles
• Action-oriented self-starter mindset
• Deep interest in understanding customer needs
• Strong relationship-building skills

• Experience with APIs and web development
• Familiarity with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral
• Scripting to build internal tools
