Description

You will support the development, review, and application of Probabilistic Safety Assessments (PSA) for nuclear power plants, including advanced and small modular reactors. This role provides hands-on nuclear risk modeling, safety case development, and regulatory compliance experience under senior engineer supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related engineering/science
• 0–2 years nuclear, energy, or process safety experience
• Strong technical engineering foundation with interest in nuclear safety
• Familiarity with PSA/PRA methodologies and safety analysis tools
• Eligible to work in Middle East and ability to hold US DoE Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist in Level 1 and Level 2 PSA models for internal/external events
• Support deterministic and probabilistic safety evaluations
• Contribute to hazard identification and risk-informed decision-making
• Participate in data collection and uncertainty analysis
• Prepare technical documentation and safety reports
