- Provide technical expertise for complex insurance cases
- Conduct research, analysis, and diagnostics for case management
- Develop and improve internal procedures and guidelines
- Produce technical documentation and training materials
๐ Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in relevant discipline or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in insurance or benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations
- Experience with operational systems and data management tools
