You'll set technical direction for complex AI projects in our Professional & Financial Services unit, ensuring reliable ML systems and architectural soundness. You'll drive innovation across client teams from strategy to deployment, mentoring engineers and building reusable solutions. This role blends deep ML engineering expertise with strong leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Setting technical direction for complex ML projects
• Designing reliable, scalable ML/software systems
• Defining project problems and overseeing multi-work-stream delivery
• Leading hiring processes and mentoring team members

📋 Requirements

• Expert in Python and operationalising models with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Expert in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to manage and coach an engineering team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, defence, etc.)
• Background in full-stack web application development
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
