You'll join the Consumer Personalisation team to shape intelligent, customer-facing experiences that solve real problems at scale. You'll design production-grade machine learning systems and partner with engineering and product leaders to leverage ML for high-impact algorithmic improvements. This role spans recommendation systems, real-time decisioning, and GenAI-powered experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build production-grade ML and optimization systems.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape ML roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple product areas.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional pods.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping impactful algorithms in production.
• Deep expertise in applied ML for Search/NLP/IR/RecSys.
• Machine learning background in Python.

• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with explore/exploit/MAB algorithms, LLMs, and causal inference.
