🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Computer skills with Entrata, CMMS, Building Automation systems
