You'll lead HR operations for a fast-growing professional services firm, overseeing immigration, HR generalist teams, and office management. Your work will enable scalability and compliance as the company expands through acquisitions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own HR operational processes: onboarding, employee changes, offboarding
• Oversee employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, PERM, green cards)
• Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists supporting multiple business units
• Manage Office Manager and administrative HR functions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on operations
• Experience managing immigration processes in corporate environment
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Experience in multi-entity, high-growth, or private equity-backed environment
