Description

You will take ownership of line quality for state-of-the-art production processes and equipment for manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs) at Starlink. You will execute non-conformance management, analyze defect data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure high-volume PCB production meets quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience in engineering, reliability, manufacturing, or quality field
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Must be able to travel up to 15%
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute production non-conformance management processes including MRB, vendor defects, quality audits, and production containments for insource PCB line
• Analyze production defect data and hold quality build reviews to drive root cause and corrective action
• Build relationships with cross-functional groups to identify, reduce, and eliminate impacts from production defects
• Assist production in developing process improvements and provide training to production technicians
• Monitor production First Pass Yield (FPY) and true yield to maintain stable production environment
