You'll build recruitment processes, leverage AI-first sourcing tools, and hire across tech hubs worldwide. This role offers a chance to shape talent acquisition at a defining stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and engage elite talent from global tech hubs
• Conduct structured interviews and provide actionable summaries
• Improve hiring workflows and remove process friction
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
