You'll own the frontend architecture for customer-facing conversion and engagement surfaces, leading 3-6 engineers in a remote-first environment. Your work directly impacts conversion rates and web experience through data-informed experiments.

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering, 4+ years frontend
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS
• Experience with component libraries or design systems
• Proficiency with cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver web applications

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve frontend architecture for Growth surfaces
• Champion component-driven design system with testable patterns
• Drive frontend performance optimization for conversion
• Partner with Design, Product, and Marketing on experiments
• Mentor engineers on frontend best practices and accessibility
