🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and roll out reliable production systems
• Resolve cross-team technical and commercial bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years building distributed systems at scale
• Degree in Computer Science or adjacent field
• Proficiency in Java or similar modern language
• Deep understanding of observability for mission-critical systems
