• Troubleshoot workstation, computer, and phone issues
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN accounts
• Monitor network performance and implement solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT administration experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in networking infrastructure and configuration
• Ability to pass a background check
