💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs from signed SOW through go-live, ensuring customers hit measurable outcomes on time and budget. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder alignment, and drive project execution without writing code, orchestrating kickoffs, milestones, and weekly syncs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run kickoff, plan milestones, maintain RACI/RAID, and hold weekly customer syncs.
• Convert Solution Architect's design into a tracked roadmap with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate API Integration, Telephony connectivity, environments, and compliance approvals.
• Schedule Solution Engineers and unblock issues with escalations as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in technical implementation or deployment management for B2B SaaS.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 or mid-market enterprise customers.
• Technical fluency in APIs, databases, and LLMs to communicate with engineers.
• Managed 10+ implementations from kickoff to launch.
