Description

As a Trial Attorney, you will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict, engaging with clients and conducting key litigation activities such as depositions, mediations, and serving as lead counsel in trials. Your work directly helps clients receive the compensation they deserve.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law; active and in good standing with state bar
• Trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Currently located in the state where the job is posted
• Exceptional communication skills
• Multiple state bar admissions preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ~150 cases, with ~50 in active litigation each month
• Maintain proactive and transparent client communication
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
• Develop comprehensive case strategies
