You'll build infrastructure and tooling that make ML workloads more reliable and cost-efficient. This role offers significant ownership in shaping how our ML platform evolves as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve model training, evaluation, and serving systems.
• Build infrastructure and tooling for ML workload reliability.
• Develop internal tools and workflows for humans and agents.
• Improve scheduling, monitoring, and debugging of GPU workloads.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building production systems with reliability focus.
• Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and Linux.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed workloads in production.
• Strong coding skills in Python or similar for backend systems.

• Experience with agentic or LLM-powered internal tools.
• Experience with workflow orchestration systems like Temporal.
