You'll co-lead an AI-powered financial office that delivers top-1% tax and financial planning to millions. You'll own growth, marketing, partnerships, client experience, and team operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the category-defining AI financial planner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer acquisition through content, community, and partnerships.
• Design onboarding and ensure world-class client experience.
• Manage and grow the CPA/CFP team.
• Build scalable systems for service delivery and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Has built or scaled a customer-facing business as a founder or early operator.
• Has managed a cross-functional team (operations, service, growth).
• Has owned a growth or revenue number and moved it.
• AI-native: uses AI daily and understands its impact on service delivery.
