Description

You will lead the service team to understand customer needs, provide hardware support, and drive strategic planning to exceed customer expectations in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 5 years as people manager in semi companies
• Solid technical knowledge in Semiconductor industry (CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI)
• Experience with complex instrumentation and applications
• Good English communication skills

• Lead new site start-up planning and risk assessment
