You'll join a fast-paced SaaS Series C company to provide prompt, courteous support via phone, email, and chat, handling issues from simple questions to complex debugging. You'll be key in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to a knowledge base to improve processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle inbound support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Triage and prioritize support issues
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base
- Work with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback
๐ Requirements
- At least 2 years of support experience
- Ability to troubleshoot software-specific problems
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Zendesk or equivalent
- Experience in technical support at a SaaS company
- Experience supporting digital payments
