You'll join a fast-paced SaaS Series C company to provide prompt, courteous support via phone, email, and chat, handling issues from simple questions to complex debugging. You'll be key in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to a knowledge base to improve processes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Triage and prioritize support issues
  • Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base
  • Work with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 2 years of support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot software-specific problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or equivalent
  • Experience in technical support at a SaaS company
  • Experience supporting digital payments
