As a Caregiver with CareBenefits, you will care for children in their homes, creating a safe, nurturing environment. You'll be booked automatically based on your experience and availability, with support from a full-service team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (at least 8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 15 miles
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct intro calls with families
• Care for children in their homes (typically 8-hour day)
• Follow schedule and rules set by parents
• Perform household duties related to care (e.g., cleaning up after meals, activities)
