💼 About This Role

You'll assist autonomous delivery robots in the field, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. You'll perform light maintenance tasks, document incidents, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Doral, Miami.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and coordinating deliveries
• Assist in deployment, preparation, inspection, and cleaning of robots
• Track and document escalation tickets with clear communication
• Operate company vehicles for robot movement and recovery

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira
• 1+ year in last-mile delivery or robotics
• Experience using Slack
