Description

You will see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, plus occasional telehealth visits. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, and can perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP program with national certification
• CA NP categorized 103 or 104, able to practice autonomously
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year + fellowship/urgent care) within past 5 years
• State licensed in CA by start date

Responsibilities

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Perform in-office procedures
• Collaborate via daily huddles and with virtual teams
• Treat patients in-office and via telehealth
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care
