💼 About This Role

You'll support multiple classrooms as a Floating Teacher, ensuring consistency in high-quality child care at our Norwell location. Your core impact will be providing substitute coverage and assisting teachers with daily routines. This role offers flexibility and variety while making a lasting difference in young children's lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide substitute coverage for teachers during breaks or absences.
• Assist with classroom opening/closing, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Support teachers with lesson materials, free play, and daily projects.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and assist with laundry and nap mats.

📋 Requirements

• EEC Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• Availability Monday–Friday, flexibility between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand up to 90% of the workday
