You'll monitor and optimize the performance of commercial solar power plants, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure assets exceed production targets. This role is accountable for portfolio-level KPIs, driving improvements in reliability and output. You'll lead asset analysts and support the transition from construction to operations, making a direct impact on clean energy generation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor solar plant performance using monitoring platforms like AlsoEnergy.
• Investigate underperformance and coordinate corrective actions with O&M team.
• Create and manage work orders in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Asset Analysts, prioritizing workload and providing feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solar industry with system performance management.
• 4-year degree required; STEM field preferred.
• Experience with solar monitoring platforms like AlsoEnergy.
• Familiarity with PV system components and failure modes.
