Description

You will lead the development of the Sync Core, enabling real-time bidirectional synchronization between EHR systems and NexHealth's central database. You'll build and develop a high-performing engineering team, drive platform strategy, and foster a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers
• Proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers
• Deep experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
• Strong judgment balancing engineering velocity with long-term technical quality
• Excellent collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team through mentorship and coaching
• Uphold strong technical standards via architecture reviews, testing, and code quality practices
• Drive platform strategy and execute long-term roadmaps including next-generation Synchronizer API
• Lead cross-team execution on complex, high-impact initiatives
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement
