You'll own inbound material flow and receiving accuracy for a defense tech company. Your work ensures all shipments are inspected, documented, and system-accurate, directly supporting supply chain operations. This role offers a chance to drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming shipments in ERP/WMS systems
• Perform 3-way match (PO, packing slip, physical receipt)
• Perform receiving inspection for quantity, condition, and documentation
• Maintain complete digital records of all receipts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in receiving, warehouse, or material control
• Experience with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning systems
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated or traceability-driven environments
• Familiarity with ITAR/FAR/DFARS requirements
• Experience with inspection processes and quality systems
