Description

As a Senior Implementation Engineer at Harness, you'll work with enterprise customers to architect and implement DevSecOps, FinOps, and Engineering Excellence solutions. You'll analyze existing CI/CD processes, design optimized Harness deployments, and collaborate with customer leadership to align technical goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• BA/BS in CS or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years experience with DevOps and tools like Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS, Terraform
• Experience delivering custom solutions to customers of all sizes
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand current DevSecOps/CI/CD/Policy Template Governance tools and processes
• Architect and implement optimized Harness setup for integration, scale, and repeatability
• Interface with executive and leadership teams to align technical goals with business objectives
• Document and implement processes for onboarding success and internal enablement
