🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across client projects
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to define scope
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear user journeys and interaction models
• Facilitate workshops to transform complex inputs into actionable design decisions
• Define and evolve UX patterns and reusable structures

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design including leadership responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience designing within CMS-driven ecosystems (WordPress preferred)
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear UX flows and systems
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
