Description

As an AP Analyst at Braze, you will manage supplier onboarding, process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close in a fast-paced environment. You'll help improve P2P processes and ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Coupa and NetSuite is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier onboarding and record maintenance
• Review and process supplier invoices ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with stakeholders and suppliers
• Support month-end closing activities including AP reconciliation
• Prepare reports on AP operational metrics and invoice volumes
