Description

You will be responsible for process support, verification, and optimization during the PACK project's design and development phase. You'll prepare process documents like PFMEA and control plans, provide production technical support, and solve on-site technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, or process design
• At least 2 years experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry
• Good problem analysis and solving skills, communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
• Proficient in Office and AUTOCAD

Responsibilities

• Process support, verification, and optimization in PACK project design and development
• Prepare process documents (PFMEA, flow chart, control plan, WI)
• Provide technical support for production and solve technical problems
• Conduct on-site technical exchanges and guide key parts and processes
