You'll maintain cleanliness and upkeep of apartments and common areas at a student housing property. Your work ensures a safe and welcoming environment for residents. This full-time role offers paid time off and health insurance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Remove debris from curbs, parking areas, and walkways.
• Respond to resident requests with professionalism.
• Report damages, deficits, and disturbances to superiors.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of full-time cleaning/housekeeping experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
