Description

You will lead growth strategy, capture, and expansion for the Electromagnetic Warfare business line, working closely with the General Manager and the broader Mission Systems division. You'll build a data-driven strategy, manage key customer relationships, and mentor the EW growth team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in RF technologies (EW, SIGINT, aircraft survivability, etc.)
• Proven leadership and communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with FFRDCs, UARCs, PEOs, OEMs, federal agencies, or Combatant Commands
• Builder mindset, effective prioritization, and ownership of outcomes
• Knowledge of defense acquisitions and ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven growth strategy across OEMs, DoD PEOs, IC, and international partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
• Lead expansion of EW portfolio across US and allied services and agencies
• Identify and develop disruptive technologies with customers
• Manage strategic partners and deliver on financial performance metrics
