You'll lead the OpenHouse pod, building an employee-facing culture and communication hub in People Innovation Labs. You'll own full product lifecycle and apply LLMs to innovate on people products. This role offers a chance to define the future of work at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and build out a diverse team of high performing full-stack engineers.
• Own the full product development lifecycle for new people products end-to-end.
• Collaborate with other leaders to set technical direction for robust and scalable products.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including product, design, internal comms, and engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience at tech and product-driven companies.
• 2+ years of professional software team leadership experience as an EM or tech lead.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, Python, and Postgres/MySQL.
• Ability to move quickly with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Former founder or early engineer at a startup who built a product from scratch.
• Interest in building company culture or recruiting top talent.
• Interest in AI/ML (direct experience not required).
