Description

Join a small team producing high-speed RF and optical modules for the world's most advanced internet system. You'll operate precision microelectronics equipment in a cleanroom, maintain high quality standards, and work with engineers to meet aggressive production targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years experience in electronics manufacturing or cleanroom
• Attention to detail and efficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate microelectronics equipment (die bonders, wire bonders, AOI) in cleanroom
• Manufacture high-mix, medium-volume RF products using semiconductor dies and automated ball bonding
• Verify processes using metrology tools (CSAM, X-ray, 3D profilometers, pull/shear testers)
• Work independently managing workflow, safety, and 5S principles
• Communicate via MS Office and ERP software to coordinate with engineers
