💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in Johnson County, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary care team to help patients remain safely at home. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and assessments of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for safety and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Indiana Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
