  • Advise leaders on underperformance, wellbeing, and employee relations cases.
  • Manage complex cases with regional and legal teams, ensuring stakeholder communication.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and prevent case escalation.
  • Ensure local HR policies are compliant and consistently applied.

  • Experience across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced scaling tech company.
  • Exposure to global markets and international labor laws.
  • Administration of visa processing and certificates of sponsorship.
  • Confidence advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing.
