💼 About This Role

You'll set the foundation of our ad sales team as we grow significantly in the coming months, selling a new ad format in the AI advertising category. Your core impact will be shaping how advertisers reach consumers inside AI experiences, while defining sales processes and pricing for the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and close a pipeline of direct advertiser and agency deals
• Create ad sales strategy for a new format in a new category
• Codify GTM motion including outbound, pitch materials, pricing
• Build out the ad sales team including recruiting and hiring

📋 Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in ad sales
• Closing deals of $100k+ per month in ad spend historically
• Selling into large brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams

• Has been at a small startup before
• Has existing advertising sales rolodex
• AI-native with experience using tools like Claude
