💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate hiring, onboarding, and deployment logistics for Field Assist resources supporting robotic deployments in construction, oil & gas, and mining. You'll be the primary point of contact for field teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely escalation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate intern and contractor hiring logistics including interviews and documentation.
• Conduct regular sync calls with field team members to track progress.
• Review and approve timesheets in coordination with project leads.
• Help develop and maintain training documentation and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination or similar role.
• Experience with onboarding and training of new hires or contractors.
• Proficiency with timesheet systems and workforce tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and prioritize tasks.
