🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy features end-to-end
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define solutions
• Write clean, well-tested code balancing pragmatism and maintainability
• Participate in design and code reviews, giving constructive feedback

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Experience with Python, C++, Java, or C#
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Good understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL

• Experience in healthcare or HL7 standards
• AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
