You will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives to improve the provider experience at Oscar Health, working cross-functionally to drive impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience
• 15+ years experience, 10+ in healthcare consulting or strategic healthcare role
• 7+ years experience collaborating and influencing at executive level
• 5+ years experience defining and deploying strategies at company level

Responsibilities

• Develop framework and measures for understanding provider experience
• Be the voice and advocate for provider experience internally and externally
• Define and shape Oscar Provider Experience strategy
• Lead execution of multiple high-visibility strategic projects
• Recruit, lead and develop a strong team
