You'll own QA strategy and execution across mobile and backend systems for a fast-paced crypto product team building a non-custodial wallet and payment products. Your work directly ensures the reliability of high-stakes financial and blockchain systems that manage user assets in real time. This is a highly technical leadership role where your expertise influences product trust and safety in a crypto-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define QA strategy and implement metrics like defect rate and test coverage
• End-to-end testing of iOS, Android, backend services, and internal tools
• Test crypto flows including swaps, custody, KYC, and asset management
• Monitor production stability using Sentry, Firebase, or Grafana
• Mentor a QA engineer and drive QA process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience
• 3+ years focused on mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Experience with fintech or crypto products including blockchain fundamentals
• Strong manual testing expertise with Postman and Charles Proxy
