💼 About This Role

You'll join a rapidly growing software consultancy, proactively generating new sales leads through cold calls, email, and social media. Your efforts will directly drive pipeline growth and support first responder technology in a fully remote Latin America team. You'll leverage AI tools and HubSpot to streamline workflows and exceed quotas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospecting new accounts via cold calls, email, and social media
• Qualifying leads and setting meetings for sales executives
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborating with marketing on ABM and outbound campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR in SaaS
• Proven track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Experience as a first responder
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
