- Conduct scheduled intro calls with inbound leads from marketing funnel
- Guide candidates through discovery process using WIN's presentation
- Manage contacts and track progress using CRM system

- 5+ years of full-time professional experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups using a CRM
- Ability to work independently with discipline
