You'll join the XP Future Program as an Investment Advisor, building long-term relationships and guiding clients in wealth management. You'll connect customers to the XP ecosystem while receiving full support for CPA-20 certification. This role offers a path to grow in Brazil's leading independent financial institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build long-term client relationships and guide wealth management
• Monitor market trends and connect clients to XP ecosystem
• Advise on investment products and portfolio allocation
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree
• Commercial and relationship-building profile
• Sales experience (prospecting is a plus)
• Interest in the investment market
