💼 About This Role

You'll manage integration projects for grocery partners on Deliveroo's rapid delivery platform. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams (internal tech, external partners, business stakeholders) to ensure timely and successful project completion. This role offers a chance to optimise processes and scale operations across multiple markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pre-kickoff preparations, kickoffs, and milestone planning.
• Communicate progress internally and externally with partners.
• Handle multiple integration projects simultaneously across different countries.
• Set up API access credentials and test sites for partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Technical Integrations Manager or Project Manager.
• Experience with direct client interactions with external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English as well as Italian.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of API integration project lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot API issues using Postman.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
