Description
As the Marketing Technology & Operations Manager, you will own the data, pipelines, and tooling that power lifecycle, SMB, and Ads Manager marketing programs. You'll work within an established MarTech stack to ensure clean, reliable data flows that drive engagement and revenue.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Segment, Iterable, Salesforce, Databricks, and Workato
- Strong understanding of event data pipelines and CDP
- Ability to translate marketing use cases into technical requirements
- Experience with data governance and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Self-starter with cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing event path from product sources into Segment and downstream tools
- Maintain mapping engine configuration for canonical Segment CDP topic
- Build and maintain marketing data pipelines from product events and warehouse models into Segment and Iterable
- Own reverse ETL/bridge jobs from Databricks to Segment and Iterable
- Manage Segment workspaces, schemas, and destinations for marketing projects
