You'll serve as a strategic finance partner to the Marketing organization, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision-making. Your core impact will be delivering financial insights that improve marketing efficiency and optimize ROI. This role offers the chance to work with a leading kombucha brand in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing spend budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor actual spend against budget, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance.
• Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and media investments.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or marketing finance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• CPG, beverage, or consumer-focused industry experience.
