You'll deliver concierge-level support to customers in ground-breaking genetics research, collaborating with sales staff and resolving inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Your goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction and drive loyalty to Twist Bioscience's products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve product and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Process sales purchase orders and validate customer information
• Generate sales quotes using Salesforce quote to cash system
• Provide guidance on Asia region import/export logistics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• 2-3 years work experience in biotech industry
• 2+ years customer-facing experience
• Strong computer skills including Salesforce and G-Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with import/export compliance in Asia
• Familiarity with Twist Bioscience product line
