You'll collaborate with remote-first teams on initiatives like proposer-builder separation and MEV mitigation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design deliver next-gen scalability solutions like parallelized execution
• Lead protocol initiatives for PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop low-latency transaction pre-confirmation and finality mechanisms
• Build optimize core blockchain infrastructure and Ethereum-compatible clients

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record architecting production-grade systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, or parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
