Description

As a Property Manager at The Westerly at Millcreek, you will oversee property operations, lead the team, manage budgets and revenue, and implement marketing plans to drive leasing and create an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Property Manager or related experience
• Strong leasing, sales, and customer service experience
• REIT experience preferred
• NALP certification preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage overall property operations including maintenance and office functions
• Communicate regularly with residents, prospects, and vendors
• Lead property team to ensure efficient operations
• Develop annual operating budgets and revenue programs
• Create strategic sales and marketing plans
